PIKE - 2006 favs

Here are some of my favorites from 2006:



The first regular scheduled passenger jet in four years, lands at the Brandon Municipal Airport on Wednesday Jan. 4, 2006. The Air Transat Holidays charter flight is headed to Cancun, Mexico with 40 people from Brandon aboard.


Team Japan competes in the 'D' Final (for 7th/8th place) against Germany in the Men's speed skating team pursuit during Day 6 of the 2006 Turin Winter Olympic Games on February 16, 2006 at Pragelato Plan in Turin, Italy. Japan went on to win the race and place 7th overall.

A Brandon firefighter sprays absorbent foam at the scene of a single semi-trailer accident on Monday Oct. 23, 2006. The semi rolled rolled onto its side after veering into the gravel shoulder approximately four kilometres east of the intersection of Trans-Canada Highway and Highway 110. There were no injuries, but traffic was tied up for several hours.

Good collection Pike.

Maybe a little heavy on the crouching on the ground right in front of the subject pics. Or maybe if those ones were just spread out a bit more.

Having said that, good variety in there! You've been travelling!
