hey
Hello everyone, here are some pics from edmonton.
The following are of a man named Leonard, he has been on the streets for over 15 years, he has an addiction to crack (which is as easy as buying a pop here) he was living in the river valley in a tent, he is currently working on getting into treatment for his addiction, once a teacher and university student, Leonard is a smart, articulate well-mannered man. I just hope the treatment centre will let me hang with him while he try's to get clean.
Hope everyone's summer is going well.
peace
Ken A.

Wow, strong stuff here Ken. I look forward to seeing this project when it's finished.
To "Kenny" or Ken A.
These images from Edmonton are powerful, great work. Questions. What is your full name? Are you working in Edmonton for anyone? Or is this an on spec project, school project? Are there plans to publish it? A project this strong should actually be published rather than posted up for free, just a personal opinion. As well you have included no copyright info in the IPTC area of these photos and at around 1 meg each image it is not hard to make a nice print from them or any pictures posted on this Blog for that matter. Feel free to drop me a line #468-0297

Ken.....u are still in Edmonton and we haven't had beer? For shame! Regardless, great shots as always Ken, you are really showing people how homelessness and drug addiction is a really serious problem here in Edmonton......and there is no better place to highlight the problem. Oh, and I don't know what kind of plans you have for your images, but they SHOULD be published.....
As many people should see these as possible. Especially those from Sherwood Park and St. Albert.... :)
ps.....esks = best kenny......tis a good rivalry man
