Ashley Fraser

This was the other day. Postal workers, union leaders and supporters were at the Canada Post Place for a demo where they attempted to enter the building to find secret planning documents regarding plant closures, leading to 17 arrests. Philippe Duhamel is carried away by police after crossing the barricade Monday.
*question on this one. Pre press edit out the water drop on my lens. I didn't notice till the following day on City front. What do people feel on that?

This was at 7:30am today, a young Jr kayaker out practicing to go o Soklan Slovenia for the 2006 junior world championship. Thought it was cute that the ducks were out hanging out with him.

About the water mark, there wasn't a yellow blob on the guy when you took the photo, so taking it out probably shows the event more accurately.

Yah....Shooting in the rain sucks. But, water marks are a reality. I don't think you can edit it out. It is what it is. The same thing applies to unwanted lens flares. I HATE UNWANTED LENS FLARES!!! Just when you think you have solved the problem......and have the exact angle to get rid of them.....you get one damned spot on your subject's shirt or something!

Yeah, it is kind of a tough call.

But it is like dust.

I would just leave it, and let a higher up make the call.

The mark stays for sure. It's a silly little thing that we scorn, but the general public couldn't care less when reading the paper.
Good pic by the way - water mark included.

I also think you should leave it in. You could also include it in a caption in case that one person in the world is like, what the hell is that thing?

You might want to take a walk through "Ancient's History". I've been encountering a great deal of this type of treatment by POLICE, especially natives and the poor.
As a Canadian...stand against this before we become the USA.
