Cab Driver Prayer Service

This was the most surreal funeral service I have ever been too. There was about 3000 people at the mosque so they had the viewing outdoors. They put the casket in the middle of the parking lot lit it with flood lights. People streamed past to view the body.

Actually one of the men from the mosque was very helpfull. At one point he wanted to stop people from viewing the body so I could get a shot. Of course I said no. They had no problems with me being there. Nobody said anything to me and i was pretty close shooting with a 14mm most of the time.

Wow, great shots man.

Sureal... whew.

How did you get such great quality? There's very little noise and you had to be shooting high iso. Noise ninja?

Hey Marc, believe it or not those photos are from a d2h or a d1h. The light was great. they had that flood light lighting everything so i could use iso 400 for most of the night.

the star ran the silhouettes with the casket in the middle. This was really late at night so i had send a picture right away which i didnt post. then I decided to re transmit after I got that shot. I made it just in time to make all editions of the paper.
